Order Photomasks
Ordering your masks from us is a quite easy job. All we need is your design file plus a mask order form. Please click here to download the mask order form.
To facilitate mask fabrication, please complete the mask order form duly and submit it to us together with your design file. If your design file is not in GDSII format, you are suggested using LinkCAD and converting it into GDSII format before your submission.
Before we send you an official quotation, your mask design will be evaluated by our foundry. After your mask data is processed as specified, you will be invited to review the mask layout. The final mask writing process will not start until we get your confirmation and approval.
